Each Fall, the Colorado Division of Water Resources (DWR) presents the SEO Forum, a full-day workshop for interested citizens and water professionals concerning on important current topics being addressed from experts in the State Engineer's Denver Office and Division Offices.  DWR also presents regularly to various interests groups around the state concerning rulemaking activities, drought conditions, and other topics of interest.
