The StreamLines newsletter was intended to provide information to the public and the water resource community concerning the Office of the State Engineer, its policies, procedures and timely information concerning topics of water interest in the state.  It has been superceded by our new StreamLines Article page, to provide more up-to-date news and information as it is being produced. Archived StreamLines Newsletters published quarterly by the Colorado Division of Water Resources from 2001-2009 were created in PDF format.
